About Me

Hi! My name is Ashley Ostrander. I'm a wife and a fur mama of 7 (yes, 7!). My husband Jon and I have been together for 15 years, married for 10. Thankfully he supports my cat obsession. Where my crazy cat ladies at?! Most of the time, you can find me snuggled up with my cats watching a good movie, in the kitchen cooking up a good meal, or playing video games with my husband. Big homebody here!

My passion for photography started in high school. I job shadowed one of my favorite photographers (shout out to Jess Vanlue, my inspo!), and that's where it all began. I purchased a cheap little digital camera, grabbed my bestie who loved to model, and went wherever we could go to find a 'cool' spot for a photoshoot. After a couple years of doing this, learning how to edit, and posting them on social media, I began to spark some interest for sessions!

After I graduated high school, I saved up my graduation money and purchased my first professional Nikon DSLR camera. I attended Delta College for Art and Design for a couple years, and began pursuing my passion. Senior sessions have always been my favorite to shoot. It's what I started with! I then started second shooting a couple weddings, and fell in love with shooting those as well! Since then, I have broadened my photography to not only seniors and weddings, but engagement, family, maternity, fashion, boudoir, seasonal mini sessions, business headshots, and so much more!

I love where all of this has taken me. Photography has been my passion for years. I love capturing and creating memories, and also building new friendships with my clients! I have met SO many amazing people throughout these past years. I hope to keep growing!
